I was at the RSPCA open day in June at St.Columb near Newquay with my 'dog a doodle' portraits... and would like to say a huge thankyou to the organisers!!!
A fantastic day was had by all, we really enjoyed ourselves in doggie heaven, it was nice to meet so many wonderful dogs, their owners were O.K too I guess, LOL....kidding of course. I am donating a portrait as first prize a 40x40cm canvas. I was informed that the winner is
Mrs Jean Skerrett of St Austell.
She got quite emotional when she was phoned to tell her she'd won. One of her dogs died a couple of months ago (only three years old) and she said she had some lovely photos of him that she'd be thrilled to turn in to a portrait Well done Mrs Skerrett I look forward to recieving your photographs.
I took some lovely photos of some of the dogs we met at the open day which I will put up on special page on this site, when I have time soon I hope.
